Yes, as an Apple Authorised Service Provider, we use genuine Apple parts for all applicable AirPods service and replacements.

If your AirPods need deeper fault-finding, we charge £49 incl. VAT for diagnostics. If you proceed with the service, that fee is credited towards the final cost.

Yes. We provide consumer law and insurance reports for £79 incl. VAT. These are usually reclaimable from Apple, the original retailer or your insurer. Consumer law cover may apply for up to 6 years from purchase, but this does not apply to business purchases.

Yes, in many cases individual AirPods can be replaced rather than the full set, depending on the model and issue.
